So, fellow young adults, what are your passions? What motivates you and spurs you on to do your best work? What can you see yourself spending the rest of your life doing?
One of the biggest for me is theatre. I was involved in theatre throughout high school, had a 3-year break at a school with absolutely zero theatre activity, and then picked it up again when I transferred to a school with a theatre minor. Ever since, it's been even more engrossing than it was before. I love it. I'm not sure what I'll be doing after college, but I hope that theatre is part of my life no matter where I end up, even if it's in a non-vocational way.

Ministry. I am called to be an evangelist, and that is what motivates me above all else. It is my purpose and i will spend the rest of my days trying to fulfill my purpose.

My father was a pastor, so I've always had an aversion toward doing that. While I still don't feel called to be a pastor, per se, I'm getting really excited about leading a young adult small group. It's not even a position that requires preaching or developing original lesson content, but the opportunity to lead and be an example is there. Not only do the studies we do get me psyched about Jesus, but seeing others get excited is very rewarding. (and encouraging)

I love helping people...helping others is my passion. ...and then there's music...music just ministers... i love to play, learn, write songs, sing, and just worship... I have to say that being a PK people automatically expect you to follow in that line of work, but... I also would love to start a group for Teens & Young Adult girls/women, I have the plans for it and have a vision of what God wants me to do with it, but I have to see where he leads me to start this. Yeah, I have a lot of passions and it just goes on...

Media and serving. I know they're both kind of different, but I'd love to get in to the media field (filming mostly) and use it as a chance to share the gospel and open doors to help people in any way I can.

But media is something that really drives me to work hard. I can spend hours editing just one picture, or putting together one movie, or writing a script or something.

Working with younger people is also amazing. I'm still young and just graduated, but I'm still heavily involved with the youth group at my church and working with youth for the rest of my life is something I can easily see myself doing.

My secret dream/passion is to run an animal rescue farm where you can bring neglected/abused pets or other animals. I would also, on this dream farm, like to grow a rather large garden and grow veggies and sell them at a local farmers market. I read a book about 'Farm Sanctuary' in New York state. It really inspired me. They take in animals who they or others find 'left' behind at slaughter houses/factory farms.
I also would like to follow Gods word to teach and care for others and spread the good news!

I think a passion I have is for young people. As I have mention in other posts my sister and I have this ministry and I think our main goal is to reach the young people. I recently have had a passion from hearing Skillet and KJ-52 talk so much about it to reach out to young people who cut themselves because I know they are in pain and that's why they do they want to feel something even if it is pain. My heart goes to those who struggle with that and also our hearts are for the young girls and women out there who struggle with self esteem and feeling worthless. We can relate to that and we want to encourage them too.

Writing and Traveling have to be my biggest passions. One day I will pack up my stuff and travel through Sough America and Africa, writing stories of my encounters with savages and wild beasts. (yes, I said savages. My humor is a little dry at times )

But until then, I am just slumping along through College, dreaming. I don't have any passions that I can act on right now, which is kind of sad now that I think of it...

My passion is writing. I hope to be a writer for the Lord and to teach Sunday school one day. To teach the young kids about Jesus :) I also love to play the keyboard
