Thanks for all of your suggestions about the yeast infection. I had to wind up going on Diflucan (sp?) for it. It now seems to be gone. But I am now having a burning sensation after intercourse.

During intercourse everything is fine. But a few minutes after it is over I get a burning sensation. Usually if I rinse it with some warm water in the tub or shower it will go away.

I went to my doctor and she did an exam and took a sample and tested it. She said there is no sign of yeast or bad bacteria. She gave me a perscription for a cream that will get rid of any bacteria in case there is some down there that didn't show up on the test. But I don't want to take medication just for the sake of taking it.

Has anyone had this issue? I am wondering if it is just upset down there from everything. Oh and we didn't have intercourse for a week to give the Diflucan a chance to work.
