Blessed to be recovering from a severe upset stomach...was vomiting with dry heaves all Sunday night (from 11:30 pm onward) and through Monday until about 3:15 pm. What a blessing for it to be over.

This is an odd thing to think of as a blessing, but it really is. As I sit here eating sugar free jello, I am struck with the thought that I am blessed to have to battle my weight. That means I have more than plenty to eat. Not everyone, not even every Christian, has that. And some do not have their health to where they can enjoy all kinds of foods. When I think of it that way, there is great blessing in the fact that I have to diet!

Blessed that hubby still has a job, though so many in the manufacturing industry are currently unemployed or facing the possibility of layoffs.

Blessed to have a drs appt, when all the other places I called didnt have an opening until December. My appt is for Monday :D
